Looking for a quick and easy project to make your loved one for Valentine's Day, Sweetest Day, Anniversary, or even Birthday? Well look no further. This box made of chocolate is much easier than you think.
Things you will need:
- Chocolate chips (dark, milk, white...your preference)
- Fresh Fruit
- Flexible container
- Microwave Save bowl or Double Boiler
- Flexible Spatula
- Wax Paper
- Freezer
Melt your chocolate in a double boiler on the stove or melt in the microwave in 30 second burst, stirring each time. |
Have leftover melted chocolate? No problem. Dip some of your fresh fruit (make sure it is patted dry first) in it and place on wax paper for the chocolate to harden. |
Fill the box with your chocolate dipped fruit and fresh fruit. Strawberries and blueberries are a personal favorite, but feel free to get creative. You can't get this wrong. Lastly, wrap it up and place it in the refrigerator to keep cool and try to use within 24 hours for the best taste and quality of the fruit. Or make several boxes (minus the fruit) and store them in the freezer to use later. I hope you enjoyed this Do-It-Yourself (DIY) chocolate box project.
