Watch out Vine and Keek...Instagram wants in on the short clip competition. We all know and love Instagram for the creative ways of picture taking and fancy filters. Now they have expanded their product to keep ahead of the others. You can now upload 15 second videos on Instagram. Yes, you read this correctly. You can now post short clips as well as photos on this app so make sure you update your app on your phone if you do not already see this new feature.
